General Thoughts
Thanks to the high volume of packages with your orders, we have successfully negotiated a favorable rate with FedEx and other companies. As a result, we can offer you a reduced rate of 25 USD for express shipping. This represents a significant cost saving for our customers.
We are also introducing a new shipping method called “Priority”. With this option, your order will be given the highest priority and we will use the fastest shipping method available.
In addition, we are still offering free shipping on orders over 397 USD.
Please note that shipping companies does not provide any guarantees on shipping speed, but we will do our best to ensure timely delivery.
And finally, we are offering standard shipping (Priority Airmail via national posts) for selected countries. It is our slowest shipping method.
It usually takes 2-3 business days for us to process and ship your order, but we will do our best to ship it as soon as possible.
VAT and Customs Fees
Our orders ship from the European Union (Hungary).
If you are in the EU, VAT will be added to the price, and you will not have to pay customs fees. If you have a registered EU VAT number for your business, you can buy from us with 0% VAT.
If you are outside of the EU, you may have to pay duties to your country’s customs office, depending on your country’s import rules. By ordering products from us, you are accepting that it is your responsibility to pay these fees. Your country (especially Brazil, Mexico, and India) may impose high duties, such as VAT, customs, and handling fees. Based on our experience, in the USA and Canada, you typically do not need to pay any duties if the value of the package is below a certain threshold, believed to be 800 USD.
In the past, we have had issues with standard shipping for some countries (such as the USA, Denmark, and France) and as a result, we do not offer it for all countries. Additionally, the ability to track packages varies from country to country, and we recommend using express shipping as it is faster and more reliable.
During peak times, such as the Christmas season (20th Nov – 24th Dec), Black Friday, and other holidays, shipping may be slower due to the increased demand for packages that our colleagues and the courier companies have to handle.
FedEx / TNT / UPS Shipping
Shipping with these companies provides the fastest shipping solution on the market. The typical shipping time is 2-7 days worldwide (except outer zones). You will get a tracking code, your order will be fully tracked so you will be able to track where your package is until it arrives. When possible, you will get an estimated delivery date as well. It is possible to contact them and delay the delivery date, or slightly modify the delivery address.
Usually, it takes:

- 1-3 working days to Europe,

- 2-7 working days to the USA, Canada, Mexico, South America, etc.,

- 2-7 working days to Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
Please note, that these companies offer no guarantee about delivery dates. Weather, COVID situations, customs, or some logistic problems can cause a delay.
These shippings are available to most countries around the world.
Standard Shipping

For some countries, we are offering to ship with the national posts (Priority Airmail) for those who prefer that option. It has a weight and dimensions limit. Our website checks if we can send with this method.
It is also a tracked method, however not as detailed as express shipping.
Usually, it takes:
- 3-4 days to Germany
- roughly 7 days to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, and Romania,
- 14 days to the UK.
With other countries, we do have not much experience.

In Short
We ship from the European Union.
EU customers will have to pay no customs fees, and their country’s VAT will be added to the checkout price. EU companies with an EU VAT number can purchase from us with 0% VAT.
Customers outside the EU might have to pay customs fees according to their country’s regulations. Customers from USA and Canada usually have no additional costs. Customers from India, Brazil, and Mexico usually have to pay very high import fees to their governments.
Express shipping is fast and reliable and can arrive in a few days depending on the country. Typically arrives in a week.
Standard shipping is slower and only for small packages and some countries. Depending on the country it can be weeks to arrive.
