Reporting an Issue
Please give us as much information as you can when you are reporting an issue. Make sure to answer these questions:
- Are you using iOS or Android?
- What is the firmware version on the watch?
- What app version are you using?
- When have you replaced the battery last time?
Charger Not Charging the SB Watch 2
Sometimes, even when the SB Watch 2 is correctly placed on the charger, it may not charge. In such cases, try slightly adjusting the position of the watch on the charger by shifting it a bit to one side. This small adjustment can help the watch establish a stable charging connection.
