1. Date: Please ensure that the date of the invoice reflects the transaction date accurately.

2. Invoice Number: Each invoice should have a unique identifier (some companies are using COMPANY-240308 (the year, month, day).

3. Itemized List: Provide a detailed breakdown of all purchased items, including quantity, description, unit price, and total cost. This level of detail is essential for clarity and accountability.

4. Currency: Specify the currency used for the transaction.

5. Company Information: Include your company’s name, address (and VAT number?) prominently on the invoice for legal compliance and communication purposes.

6. Bank/PayPal Information: If we are paying you directly, please include the bank details or PayPal information we need to pay to, and the payment terms. Ideally, the bank account / PayPal account name should match the company name of the invoice.

Shipping

You can use the information above for shipping, however in some cases we prefer if you are sending the package(s) directly to our warehouse, please discuss it with us.
