At Electricks, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, reliable products that meet their needs. That’s why we are proud to offer a one-year warranty for all of our products. For products available to buy in the Electricks Magic Shop, but made by our friends, please check their warranty and support.

Our goal is to always have happy customers. We are dedicated to solving any problems you may have with your Electricks product, even if it is after the one-year warranty period. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.

Our Warranty Policy

If you experience any issues with your Electricks product within one year of purchase, we will work with you to find a solution. We will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product if it is found to be defective due to materials or workmanship.

For products with a regular price of over 200 USD, we will replace the faulty product. If the product is below this value, we will typically offer a partial refund or send a replacement with your next order.

Support and Maintenance

In addition to our warranty, we also offer ongoing support and maintenance for our products for as long as possible. We understand that technology changes rapidly, and we want to make sure that our customers have the best possible experience with our products.

Limitations and Exclusions

  1. This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

    • Improper use or handling of the product
    • Accidents or natural disasters
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
    • Normal wear and tear

    This warranty is also non-transferable, meaning it can only be claimed by the original purchaser of the product.

How to Claim Warranty

If you believe your product is defective and covered under this warranty, please contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the process of troubleshooting and resolving any issues. If the product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it in a timely manner.

Please include the purchase date, and the order number or the purchase invoice, and tell us all the relevant details about the issue you experience. We may ask for more information like photos or videos about the issue. Also please make sure you read the Electricks Knowledge Base, maybe the solution is already there.

Maintaining Our Products

Please be aware that unless explicitly specified in the product specifications, our electronic products are not designed to be waterproof, water-resistant, or heat-resistant beyond standard room temperatures.

Exercise caution when exposing them to moisture, extreme temperatures, or water, as damage resulting from these conditions is generally not covered under our warranty. To ensure optimal performance and product longevity, we recommend following manufacturer guidelines, especially for devices equipped with LiPo batteries. Regular charging and proper care will help safeguard your investment and maintain the validity of your warranty.
