introduces the `atom.id()` function to query the Atom’s Bluetooth name

introduces the `atom.battery()`, `ps.battery()` and `sbwatch.battery()` functions to query the battery percentage of the devices. If no PS or SB Watch connected, it responds with `undefined`.
